Chef Bruce - One Of Boston’s Most Innovative Chefs
Born in New Hampshire and raised in the mountains of rural Maine, Daniel Bruce grew up exploring the forests, fields and waters of New England. Drawing on his New England roots, his approach to cooking is reflected in the locally-driven menu at Rowes Wharf Sea Grille. Chef Bruce creates each dish by enhancing, but never overwhelming the true flavors of the ingredients.
Recently named Chef of the Year for 2013 by the Massachusetts Restaurant Association, Chef Bruce is nationally and internationally recognized for the culinary talent that he has shared with the Boston Harbor Hotel for the past 25 years. As chef of Rowes Wharf Sea Grille, Meritage, the Hotel and the founder and chef of the Boston Wine Festival, Chef Bruce continues to surprise food (and wine) lovers across the world with his unique preparations.
